  • You are coming back after a break and want to ease back in with structure.
  • You want to try weights-based fat loss without committing to a longer programme.

What is in the programme

  • Six weeks, with every session built on push, pull or legs.
  • The number of training days is set by your level, up to 3, 4 or 5 a week.
  • Your plan is delivered digitally to your email, so you can follow it and track your progress.

Kickstart FAQs

How much does it cost?

Programmes start at £79 for Kickstart Standard and go up to £429 for Elite Premium, and each is a one-off payment. Lean for Life, the monthly membership for after your programme, is £35.99 a month.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. The plans are for people who are new to the gym or coming back after a break, and the Beginner level starts with up to 3 days a week. You build up from where you are.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard is a plan built for your level, delivered digitally to your email, with tracking. Premium is Standard plus a weekly check-in with me, where I review your progress and adjust your plan.

How many days a week will I train?

That depends on your level. Beginner is up to 3 days a week, Intermediate is up to 4 and Advanced is up to 5. Every session is a push, pull or legs session.

How long until I see results?

Everyone is different, so I cannot promise a timeline. The NHS describes losing 0.5kg to 1kg a week as a steady rate, and that is a sensible way to think about it. You will usually notice you feel stronger and more confident in the gym before the scales and mirror change.
