How online personal training works
Four simple steps from choosing a programme to training with a plan built for your level.
Four steps from sign-up to training
Step 1: Choose a programme
Pick Kickstart, Transformation or Elite, then Standard or Premium.
Step 2: Complete a short health questionnaire
A few questions about your health, training history and goals, so I can build the right plan.
Step 3: Get your plan by email
Your push, pull and legs plan is built for your level and delivered digitally to your email.
Step 4: Train and track
Do your sessions and track your progress. On Premium, you also get a weekly check-in with me, where I review your progress and adjust your plan.
[JOHN TO CONFIRM: how session tracking works until the app is available.]
